Leadership team
Noreen is the CEO & Founder of Evolve Manufacturing. Her transparency and uncanny ability to understand customers’ needs are why clients describe her as the ideal partner. King graduated from National University of Ireland, Galway, with a degree in Industrial Engineering and is a sought-after expert in the manufacturing arena.
Sarvar has over 20 years of Human Resources experience, bringing creative HR strategies and expertise in growing and maintaining an inclusive culture of engagement and performance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Bombay.
James adds a wealth of knowledge and experience incubating products from early design to high-volume production. Previously a Senior Program Manager at Flextronics in San Jose and Solectron in Milpitas, Han holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University.
Matt brings extensive experience in the medical device, life sciences, and construction industries, excelling in operational excellence, compliance, and process improvement. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA with a focus on finance.
Ehsan Rahim is a seasoned Program Manager focusing on Medical Devices at companies such as Sanmina and Flextronics.
He has a proven track record in driving efficiency and fostering strategic business growth and excels in driving synergy between teams and clients.
Ehsan holds an MBA in Industrial Management from Pacific State University, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Karachi, Pakistan.
